| Please make sure you have at least one [[Trial-Restricted Skills|trial-restricted skill]] injected, then ask an officer to perform an API check for you and finally run a forum update to speed up the updating process. The tool may still take some time to update. Alternatively you may [[Titles Within EVE University#Requesting a Title|apply]] for the Freshman title explaining your situation. A Titles Officer will then take a look into your case.

| | Currently the tool performs this check by going through your skills list looking for trial restricted skills you may have injected. The skills list will only be updated when an API check is performed by an officer. If you have upgraded your account and injected a trial restricted skill after your latest API check the tool will not be able to realise this change until a new API check has been performed by an officer.
