When the squad has gained enough War Points, a message will appear in the top right corner saying that Orbital Bombardment is available. Press Right on the d-pad and select Support, then Orbital Bombardment. The overview map will appear, move the cursor with the stick, press X where you want to unleash hell. Keep in cover again.
