Once you reach a standings level of 5.0, level 4 missions will become available to you. Unfortunately the data at this time is a bit inconclusive regarding these missions. As a general rule, they provide large amounts of ISK rewards and standings %, but take significantly longer than the level 3 missions to complete solo, as most of them will require more cargo space than even a Retriever can provide. Due to the storyline missions mentionned above, it turns out that it is more efficient to simply run more level 3 3 missions than to switch to the new missions available to you. That said, there is one advantage of the level 4 missions - there is a good distribution of agents scattered around the Aldrat area, including one in Aldrat itself.
