: Part of the original design was to not give people a generic list, nor indicate that taggers somehow do their own thing. A tagger works at the leasure of the fleet commander, tagging what they want. A good tagger will learn each fleet commander's preferences and go with that, but ultimately this speaks to a problem in fleet commanders not doing their job telling the tagger what they want tagged. To leave a tagger to tag whatever they feel like means that the fleet commander either lacks control or lacks the knowledge of why we tag. A fleet should work as a team, directed by the fleet commander. While the fleet commander can and should delegate a lot of the actual tasks to people in the fleet, he or she should always remain firmly in control.

It's mentioned to keep track of whether or not people have spare energy transfers and logistic drones, if they are logistics IV or V, what logistics they can bring (or both) etc.

Once we're keeping track of that, where are we communicating that? In fleet when we bring that person to active squad or perhaps add additional shorthand to the waitlist message? Is the point to reduce the need for FCs to ask for x ups in fleet for spare ETs? Sagekur achasse (talk) 02:53, 13 March 2013 (UTC)

Tagging

Specific tag orders are given in the pages on the individual sites, but how about linking them in the section here on the Tagger role? Or even setting a page just for all of the (common) tag orders? I think anyone new to the role would probably go to the roles page looking for that info, so providing it might be handy

Part of the original design was to not give people a generic list, nor indicate that taggers somehow do their own thing.
I've reworded the beginning of the gameplay tips though, to reflect this. Thanks for your input. - Cassiel seraphim (talk)
