From my persective as a diplomat for The New Order I can attest that our permits are indeed honored. Often times miners will become angry when a permit is revoked for violation of the agreed upon New Halaima Code of Conduct, which the miner agrees to when obtaining the permit, and will accuse us of ganking permit holders. | From my persective as a diplomat for The New Order I can attest that our permits are indeed honored. I have removed the reference to miner permits issued by The New Order under Miscellanious Scams. As indicated on a page concerning the topic of miner permits that has since been edited, the University itself has even seen instances of permits being honored.
From my persective as a diplomat for The New Order I can attest that our permits are indeed honored.
