While it requires coordination, drones can be swapped between ships. This can be useful during battle. A [[Velator]] can carry and launch two light drones while the the other rookie ships can carry and launch one drone. When a pilot losses a ship in battle, if they can reship, a drone can be dropped for them to scoop up. They can laucyh the drone, assist it to the drone bunny.
