Short of that a freshman POS with a personal storage hanger could provide a pretty good introduction to POS mechanics and wormhole space that they can't get anywhere else in E-Uni that I'm aware of. Due to the limited amount of mechanics that the sophomore title actually affects, a citadel would only be a small relief.
