Hashi Keptzh deals very high damage at short to moderate range (495 DPS EM/Kin turrets w/ 20 km optimal, 450 DPS Explosive missiles w/ 34 km range) and needs at least 600 DPS in raw Explosive to effectively break his shield tank.  He has -90% web within 15km and will approach you with microwarpdrive.
