After looking it up, I am pretty sure that the Sotiyo will allow standard capital ships to dock (carriers, dreads, etc) so the statement needs to be corrected.

Q: Docking on Engineering complexes

Th sub-section notes that "All three limit their docking to battleships and below so once a built capital ship comes out it can not go back in.", yet the "Max docking"-attribute for the Sotiyo says "subcap + cap" -- so which is it?
