The ship packs are only worth buying for the skin as the hull and modules cost less on market. Even then the skin is volatile; if the ship having the skin is lost, the skin itself is lost too.

Completing the sites will reward the participants with ISK, corporation standings and LP. Corporation standing gain is equal among the sites at 0.2.
 
ISK and LP increase with site difficulty and completion time.
