The following are the rules for the Eve University public channel: E-UNI. For the majority of people these should be quite clear and won't be a problem, but some people do occasional need things spelling out for them. In order of importance:

#REDIRECT [[Communications Policy]]

1. You are to respect everyone in the channel, and discussion is to be kept civil. If you have problem with someone there, take it somewhere else.

2. Scamming in all channels are prohibited. There are no exceptions to this.

3. Profanity is never allowed. Use alternate words, or don't swear.

4. Topics must be kept clean, and channel content is to be kept PG-13.

5. Nobody but Eve University is to recruit there. There is a specific forum for recruiting from E-UNI. [http://www.eve-ivy.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=66]

'''Repercussions'''

Hello.

These are the typical actions, in order, which will be taken against any offenders. In extreme cases, and those where it is clear the offender was aware of their infraction, they may find themselves immediately and permanently banned, for example ISK spammers and scammers.

I noticed from https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/index.php?title=Public_channel_policies&action=history&offset=20220508074116 that you have deleted the policies for the EVE University public chat channel with the comment "nothing links here".

1. A verbal warning in the relevant channel
+
The  EVE University (E-UNI) MOTD links there, and the policies are used to help moderate the channel when e.g. political discussions break out. Now it's hard to point people at the rules.
2. A 30 minute mute

3. A 24 hour ban

4. A permanent ban on all official E-UNI communication mediums, including channels and forums.

May I suggest they are restored (and possibly checked)?

If you feel you have been banned or otherwise moderated unfairly, please convo a director in-game.
