Blueprints
Blueprints are pieces of gear that will never run out. Most of these pieces of gear are bought with Aurum but the starting Militia Gear are the exception to this requirement for Aurum.
Blueprints are designated by their blue background on the item icon as can be seen on the image below.
Players may refer to BPOs (Blueprint Original) which is EVE's term for a blueprint that will never run out. As of now dust doesn't have BPCs (Blueprint copies) which in terms of EVE are blueprints that have a limited number of copies
