- Hit the "+" tab at the top.
- Type a Subject in the Subject/Headline box.
- Type a message in the box below that.
- End it with four tildes. ~~~~
- Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
(Really, you're better off using a Forum PM. I tend to check those more.)
