Tycho d'Issoundun Fourane (born 4 July, YC 82) is a Teaching Manager at EVE University. He also flies DD and tackle in Ivy League Navy fleets and a Hyperion-class DD ship in E-UNI incursions.
Fourane was born in YC 82 on Oursulaert III to wealthy, politically well-connected parents.
