My rationale is that drone use cannot be separated from the hull. We need a hull to launch our drones and the bonuses and capacities have important implications for our choice of hull and drone. I have noticed an error in one of the the rigs drawback section I will check all the values and fix... I added basic information on Mutated Drones because it's a major recent change that wasn't described anywhere in the wiki that I could find.
