Should read

"To claim your title, ensure that you meet the requirements fully, then head to the E-Uni Tools Site and log in using the EVE Online Authentication API."

[[Copying from Industry Hangars]] indicates Freshman access is required for copying BPOs. That isn't listed as a benefit of the title under Provides. I feel that should be added as a bullet point, unless that is intended to be less public information.
