::I fiddled around a bit with fittings, and with all skills at 5 I can get the Vexor to do 17.212 m3/s while I can only get the Osprey to 16.179 m3/s (with a 1% PG implant and an empty rig slot). There may be some modules that I don't know about that could change it (mining laser rigs?), both those fits have empty mids.
