Politeness is virtue and is best expressed as the practical application of good manners or etiquette. Although politeness is a culturally defined phenomenon, certain acts and behaviors are quite common, as detailed.

Literature Material

Often as a formal organization of people soar in membership, a person in leadership will have most likely composed literatures that should answer most of the common questions asked by newcomers. Having room for the more interesting questions and answers will greatly benefit everyone.
