| valign="middle" | While all FCs are required to write an After Action Report (AAR) on the Uni forums explaining what they learned, FCC members also get access to an anonymous feedback form for their fleet participants. Feedback is consolidated and sent out within a few days of the fleet, providing an additional learning source for our FCs <br /><br />

| valign="middle" | The [[FCC Mentor Scheme]] is comprised of volunteers from our most experienced FCs across all timezones, who have generously agreed to act as Mentors for any junior FC new to the course who wishes for some additional help and guidance. The whole of the FCC community remains there as a means of support for everyone, however if you request it, we will also provide a 1:1 relationship with a senior FC who can be your first port of call for your questions, and who will make every attempt to attend your fleets and act as your Second in Command
