We've all heard (and maybe have seen) how toxic EVE can be, but usually you see nothing but friendly faces in your [[Corporation|corporation]] and even in the public as a whole. Yes, you may get shot out of space on your first day, but the chances are if they notice you're new they'll let you know what you did wrong.
