| === Making safes ===
| |
|
| |
| You may decide, or be asked to, make [[Safe spots|safes]].
| |
|
| |
| Depending on the tactical situation, you might need to prioritise either speed or security.
| |
|
| |
| If immediately reconstituting the fleet after scattering off a bad grid, your FC probably wants to get the fleet to ''a'' safe spot, of any kind, ASAP, and won't mind if it's a "dirty" midsafe. A soon as you've offered a quick midsafe, you can move on to making better, safer spots.
| |
|
| |
| If on the other hand you have spare time in a target system, or the FC asks for safes in a system a ways away from the fleet, you can spend a bit more time and create deeper, non-aligned safes.
