-Specifically AAR and Raid fleet comps and strategies need some updating. AAR "minimim" yield per cycle is 40m3 now, and Raid comps need to be able to move 4 boxes instead of 3. DD/Logi fits do not need changing.

 Fit names theoretically follow this format, but we haven't been super consistent with it and it will likely change to match other PvE SIG fit names.
