Since the recent updates CCP implemented on the API key system, you can now access a new API information officially named API v.2. Due to several reasons, we only receive the old (legacy) API key and not the new version 2 keys. To clarify, CCP provides players with two separate site to access our API key :

*http://support.eveonline.com/api this is where you can get your API v.2 keys which we don't need.
