-I will determine the winner by the amount of fleets that meet the criteria that they fc, if there is a tie I will look at the total weight time of the fc across all their fleets. For shared fc fleets, initiating fc will get a full "point" while any fc after the initiator will get half a "point".
+I am toying with a few ideas at the moment, wether it will be a points system or hours based remains in question, but the person who takes control of a sheet and becomes an fc mid op will get some sort of partial recognition.
 Remember, you do not have to be a vet fc to win this, you can have a fleet getting 1m/h and you are still in the running.
