* This is meant as a utility ship in wormhole fleets. It does a bit of DPS through drones, but its main use is remote repping. The MWD is needed to get in RR range quickly, unless the gang is set up to be stationary.


* Should be cap stable with Battlecruiser IV, Energy Management IV, and Energy Systems Operation IV with the MWD off, or with a single repper running.
* Tech 1 drones are used to avoid getting too much drone aggro. If the gang has a some ECM and a lot of firepower, Tech 2 drones might survive, but it can be costly if they get aggro. The small hull repper is meant to rep drones that caught too much aggro.


* Bouncers could be replaced with spare drones.
* The CPU requirements of shield transporters make those difficult to fit.


* If used solo, there is a risk of drones getting sleeper aggro very fast. If used in gang, the high slots might be better suited for utility modules: core probe launcher, energy transfer, remote armor rep, shield transporter, drone link augmenter, etc.
* It should handle class 1 and 2 wormholes relatively well, and perhaps class 3 if the gang is big enough.
