Skill at interacting with friendly NPCs. 4% Modifier to effective standing from friendly NPC Corporations and Factions per level. Not cumulative with Diplomacy or Criminal Connections.
You need to have trained Social up to Level 3 so can get access to training the Connections Skill Book.
What will Connections do for me?
Connections will help you increase your standing with a NPC Corporation. The diffrence of 10 and 4% is decressed per level of Connections.
For Connections to have any effect you have to have standing with a corporation.
