Summary
This Khanid Covert Ops is completely capable in its role. It is easy to fit allowing a bit of flexibility when fitting a cyno, for example, and it has an excellent capacitor but has one of the slowest base speeds in its class.

It's perfectly fine to leave the rest of the module slots unfitted as above. The low slots are there for personal preference but beware of the stacking penalties.
