Overview

Leadership skills provide bonuses, while in a fleet, to you and your fleet members.  Some skills actually give bonuses, whilst others enable you to take positions of command and pass on the bonuses others generate.  Warfare link skills are used to provide further fleet benefits from warfare link modules fitted on ships.  None of these skills have any effect whilst you are not in a fleet.

The following are the skills in the Leadership section (in alphabetical order):

• Armored Warfare - Increases your fleet members' armor hit points (fleet bonus).
• Armored Warfare Specialist - Allows the use of armored warfare link modules.
• Fleet Command - Enables you to pass on fleet bonuses to wings in your fleet.
• Information Warfare - Increases your fleet members' targeting range (fleet bonus).
• Information Warfare Specialist - Allows the use of information warfare link modules.
• Leadership - Enables you to pass on fleet bonuses to members of your squad.  Also increases your fleet members' targeting speed (fleet bonus).
• Mining Director - Allows the use of mining link modules.
• Mining Foreman - Increases your fleet members' mining yield.
• Siege Warfare - Increases your fleet members' shield hit points (fleet bonus).
  
• Siege Warfare Specialist - Allows the use of siege warfare link modules.
• Skirmish Warfare - Increases your fleet members' ship agility (fleet bonus).
• Skirmish Warfare Specialist - Allows the use of skirmish warfare link modules.
• Warfare Link Specialist - Increases the effect of all warfare link modules.
• Wing Command - Enables you to pass on fleet bonuses to squads in your wing.

Armored Warfare

Basic proficiency at coordinating armored warfare. Grants a 2% bonus to fleet members' armor hit points per skill level. Note: The fleet bonus only works if you are the assigned fleet booster. Note: Fleet bonuses only affect fleet members in space within the same solar system

Armored Warfare Specialist

Advanced proficiency at armored warfare. Multiplies the effectiveness of armored warfare link modules by 100% per skill level after level 2 is trained.

Fleet Command

Allows command of a Fleet. Grants the Fleet Commander the ability to command a new Wing per skill level, up to a maximum of 5 Wings.

Information Warfare

Basic proficiency at coordinating information warfare. Grants a 2% bonus to fleet members' targeting range per skill level. Note: The fleet bonus only works if you are the assigned fleet booster. Note: Fleet bonuses only affect fleet members in space within the same solar system

Information Warfare Specialist

Advanced proficiency at information warfare. Multiplies the effectiveness of information warfare link modules by 100% per skill level after level 2 is trained.

Leadership

Allows command of a squadron. Increases maximum squadron size by 2 members per skill level, up to a maximum of 10 members.

Grants a 2% bonus to fleet members' targeting speed per skill level. Only the bonus of the fleet member with the highest level in this skill is used.

Note: Fleet bonuses only affect fleet members in space within the same solar system

Mining Director

Advanced proficiency at group mining. 100% bonus to effectiveness of Mining Foreman link modules per level after level 2 is trained.

Notes:	The Mining Director skill is seeded in the ORE region. It is available in Empire for approximately 900-1100K.

Mining Foreman

Basic proficiency at coordinating mining operations. Grants a 2% bonus to fleet members' mining yield per level. Note: The fleet bonus only works if you are the assigned fleet booster.

Notes:	The Mining Foreman skill is seeded in the ORE region. It is available in Empire for approximately 400-600K.

Siege Warfare

Warfare Link Specialist

Improved fleet leadership. Boosts effectiveness of all warfare link and mining foreman modules by 10% per level.
