'''About the role:''' The Director of [[Human Resources Department|Human Resources (HR)]] oversees the enrollment of University students both new and old with both the [[Personnel Department]] and [[Student Guidance Department]] falling under his/her remit. The role also includes reviewing student status and promotions via the [[Titles|Titles Department]] as well as offering guidance and training (or help training) new volunteers in assisting with these departments.  

'''About the person:''' Marius began his life as a Unista in December of 2010 after waiting a gruelling 19 days in the dreaded Queue. He volunteered for the ILN shortly after that and became a Lamb in Battle Group I "The Black Sheep".  Shortly after that he volunteered to become a recruiter for the University.  With the help of BG1 Training officers, especially Sam Seraph, "Mad Dog" Marius was soon promoted to Ensign and was kicked out of the Lamb barracks by Sam himself. If anyone at the barracks in CBT comes across care packages of cookies please forward them on to the rightful addressee.  Marius established himself as a solid Personnel Officer and was soon promoted to Senior Personnel Officer, and much to his contemporaries' dismay, to Assistant Personnel Manager. In August of 2011 he was foolish enough to take on the position of Student Relations Manager. In December 2012, just 10 days shy of his second anniversary in the Uni Marius was appointed to his current position as Director of Human Resources. It is said that there are always two Sith, one Master and one Apprentice.  Contrary to popular belief, Marius is not syphoning off Uni R & D funds to find a way to mount Strip Miners onto his beloved Catalyst.

'''About the person:''' Joha has joined the capsuleers in summer 2011 and E-UNI shortly after. He then volunteered for Personnel Officer position and worked his way up to Personnel Manager within a year. Joha values every PO in the department and recognizes their work and would defend them with his pod. This would be also hard to see, since Joha has been training up his [[Station Spinning]] for quite some time. He is generally open for laughs but also pretty serious when it comes to the department.
