+There are two Vindicator fits because this hull can fill two different roles in an HQ fleet. It can either be a standard sniper or a close range webber. The Blaster fit requires T2 guns because it needs Void ammo to function properly. In addition it benefits the most from the Gist X-Type 100mn Microwarpdrive because it will be constantly moving from target to target. Finally a fleet only can support 3-5 of these ships because they require nearly a constant CT feed. These factors mean that the Blaster Vindicator is usually only flow by older, more experienced pilots. While the Rail Vindicator is recommended for newer pilots.
