+Notes: This is Frood's standard shield fit. Key is the cloak, MWD and the webs. It has a warp disruptor but this can be switched for 3rd web, TP, extra shield tank, SeBo (meh). The lows support the strength of this fit with extra scan res, speed and agility. Other options would be a PowerDiag for some extra cap. You can fit ACs in the highs and you could also drop the probe launcher for a 3rd gun. I never missed the 3rd gun but quite often did I miss my probe launcher. The rigs could also be changed for an anti-EM rig or other stuff.
