	Made a quick merge of the two articles [[Running_a_Mining_Op\|Running a Mining Op]] and [[Participating_in_a_Mining_Op\|Participating in a Mining Op]]. I removed the obvious duplicate information but more refining will be required to make this article more coherent and useful. I may even do a rewrite of the entire article to better present this information. I will be coming back to this over the next week or so but feel free to comment and even make your own edits.
