====Jet-Can Naming====

For Shared Can operations, you will be mining into jetcans, which the Haulers collect and haul back to station.

~~Try~~ to ~~share~~ a can ~~with somebody when possible, but~~ if ~~there are none in reach~~, create your own.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Once your ore hold is getting almost full, you will need to move it to a jetcan. You can either use an existing jetcan (if close by) and if not, you can create your own.

- Creating a jetcan:

- select the ore, right click and chose jettison into a space.

- Click yes in the "Are you sure" pop-up.

- You should see a new jetcan in space, close to your ship.

- Rename the jetcan using the AMC jetcan naming convention (see below)

2. Stay close to the jetcan and keep transferring ore from your ore hold to the jetcan

Tips:

- you can transfer ore even during a mining cycle.

- the mined ore is deposited in the ore hold at the end of each mining cycle, so make sure you have enough space at that moment.

3. When the jetcan is getting full, rename it using AMC naming convention scheme (see below) and repeat from point 1.
