'''Stealth bombers''' are powerful, expensive (for their size) and extremely fragile frigates in New Eden. They can sneak up on targets using a Covert Ops Cloaking Device, then destroy it with torpedoes (a [[Missile Launchers|missile system]] designed for battleship sized ships) or use [[bombs]], a weapon unique to stealth bombers, which travel a fixed distance and explode for massive damage. Since they are T2 frigates, they are often one of the earliest T2 ships that new pilots can fly. The downside is that bombers flying alone, improperly fitted, with no scouts, will most likely be destroyed at every in-gate warp bubble. This page discusses the available bombers and suggests ''possible'' fits for use in Eve University fleets.
Stealth bombers are one of the most powerful but extremely fragile tier II (T2) frigates in New Eden. These ships travel through systems undetected, approach under cloak, and deliver high-damage torpedoes and bombs on unsuspecting targets. Stealth bombers are one of the earliest T2 ships that new pilots and pilots using Alpha accounts can fly. Flying in a fleet, stealth bombers provide surveillance and dps. Flying solo, stealth bombers provide surveillance, but one downside to flying alone is the high chance of being destroyed at gatecamps. This page covers general information about stealth bombers.
