Sunesis: Difference between revisions

The Sunesis class Society of Conscious Thought destroyer is a special edition ship given out as a reward during Eve Online: Ascension in November 16 2016. This ship was also issued as part of the 15th Capsuleer Anniversary along with an [[Apotheosis]] shuttle, [[Gnosis]] battlecruiser, and the new [[Praxis]] class battleship. Despite fast align times associated with SoCT ships they are notoriously slow in overall speed. The Sunesis sacrifices overall resist levels against all types of damage in order to have no resist "holes". This arrangement means shield and armor tanking for the Sunesis would be handle slightly differently than with standard destroyers. While Shield and Armor modules to plug the "holes" are not required, overall resist ratings (particularly shield resists) need to be augmented.
