Travel fleets to Saisio were run within the uni in the weeks following the completion of Katia Sae's ten-year journey, accompanied by a guest lecture featuring Katia Sae, Thrice Hapus and Mynxee. From the New Eden Tour Guide page on the wiki:

Scheduling and set-up

The hisec route from Amygnon to Saisio is 22 jumps, so it should take around less than an hour for the journey itself. It's recommended that the travel fleet carries an assortment of fireworks and firework launchers with it, they make for pretty screenshots. When you arrive in Saisio, warp to the Abagawa gate and you'll see the statue nearby. The memorial will show up in your sensor overlay as a landmark, and on your overview as a Large Collidable Object.
