Abandoned Research Complex DC007 is a hacking site found in the nullsec drone regions in the outer reaches of New Eden.
Walkthrough
This site is very easy, due to it being mainly a hacking site and not a combat site. Failure of any container will spawn a few rogue drone frigates instead of exploding after two failures.
