It happens to the best of us starting out - always pay attention to the starmap and where your fleet is, and where other celestials are, when you're probing. In my case, our fleet had positioned a bait battlecruiser at the gate just inside a system while I was trying to probe down an enemy. I found a sig, narrowed down on it, getting progressively more excited, until I got a bookmark and warped in to find it was one of our fleet - the baitship.

* '''Lost probes.''' Probes when launched last around an hour. It's very easy to forget this in the heat of scanning, and suddenly your probes are leaving the system one by one, and you find yourself having to uncloak and reload.
