You can use your system scanner to find anomalies that might have pilots willing and unwilling to fight inside.
Also, you can use your system scanner to find anomalies that might have pilots both willing and unwilling to fight inside. The directional scanner should be used first, but if you're having trouble scanning someone down, run the system scanner to check for anomalies.
