On 2024-01-21, I watched an end-of-life wormhole for 3 hours. Specifically, one of my alts was orbiting a Wormhole A641; I used the "Look At" function on the wormhole, I had the wormhole in the Selected Item box, and I was clicking the Show Info button at irregular intervals over those 3 hours. I just so happened to be clicking the Show Info button every second when the wormhole despawned. The last text blurb in the Show Info window was "reaching the end of its natural lifetime". At no point in time did I observe the phrase "dissipating into the ether". | |||
