-Makhar has much experience of leading corporations and alliances.  First becoming a director of a medium-sized mining corp in mid-2003 he later on to become CEO of the same corporation towards the end of the same year.  He has been a CEO almost constantly ever since.  He has led both industrial and combat corporations.  He was on the ruling council of one of the games first large null sec alliances (the Coalition of Free Stars) and until very recently was CEO of a much smaller sovereignty holding alliance known as Capital Storm.

 After retiring from corporation management he is now hoping for a much quieter life passing on the benefit of his experience to other aspiring leaders.
