An Update is needed ....
I executed this mission on 31-Aug-YC123 in Unpas system. After that I got -0.3 points standing decrease from Angel Cartel with no derived standings changes. One of the pirates Cruisers was about 6 km from the warp-in point, around the landing pad structure (all other ships were about 55 km, as indicated in the page). The commander frigate (Jenmai Hiroken) has negative resistance (how funny) only on EM damage -20%.
