The Hauling Service supports all the stations listed above. This would then be outside the Hauling service and an agreement between the hauler and the contractor. The package should be contracted to the hauler directly in this case including collateral and reward. Uni and Hauling leadership can help verify trustworthiness of the volunteers.  

As this is a free service, shipments are made 'at risk' and are not insured. If your cargo needs to be insured, those items may be more securely shipped via Red Frog/Black Frog/PushX.
