Walkthrough

Upon warping to the site you will arrive at an acceleration gate.

Database Information
The Blood Raider Covenant is infamous for its organized strike capabilities. It is no surprise, then, that Blood Raider coordination centers are a common encounter for capsuleer and DED forces in nullsec. Numerous battle reports support the theory that each complex serves as a primary base for a Dark Blood Hunter, a specialist in tracking, subduing, and harvesting the biomass of capsuleers. Because of the Blood Hunter's influence, the threat to civilian and Imperial assets posed by such coordination centers has been on the decline. You land ~60km from the tower and it webs you at that range. It has low health, but when you're webbed you're going to be taking a lot of damage. In an armour ratting Ishtar, I used warrior drones to kill the tower, due to their speed, and overheated tank and prop during this time, as well as aligning out. I had a DCU2 fitted rather than an ADC, though. I believe that the site despawns a certain amount of time after you kill the Dark Blood Hunter, but I don't believe you'll have enough time to kill that guy if you leave the tower up.
