in this case ([https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/index.php?title=Black_Ops&diff=prev&oldid=221601 Black Ops edit]) it has nothing to do whit fuzzy find. [[Jump drive]] is a hard redirect to Jump drives (Actually because the wiki is database driven it is not really a redirect but more an alternative key to the same content.).
