MTOs spawn approximately every 3 days from the time they are onlined.
Successfully completing MTOs will increase the development and decrease the anarchy levels of the associated mercenary den.

Development is generated over time, and when the owner successfully completes Mercenary Tactical Operations. Higher Development levels will cause the mercenary den to increase production yield of [[Informorph Decryption Key]] over time.
 
Successfully completing a Mercenary Tactical Operation increases the Development value by 10 points, or grants 350 bonus infomorphs if already at max level 4.
 
Development passively increases by 5 points approximately every 24 hours.
