Problem I can't fix with the checking titles instructions.

So it took me 2 weeks to figure out that the title process isn't up and running right now.  As it stands, this page is very misleading.  Should we put a notice at the top?

I'm new at this, so I don't know enough to just fix the problem, but when I show info on my active ship it does not bring up anything with my portrait on it, so the instructions in the second paragraph of the "Checking Your Own Titles" section are invalid.  Will they show up on my character sheet accessed from the neocom?  --[[User:Mouser soggypants|Mouser soggypants]] 22:38, 19 September 2011 (UTC)
