I took an interest in leadership skills and starting doing some research on them. I found both this page and the Fleet Leadership page need to be updated. I believe I can update this one to make it useful by providing very detailed information about warfare links, which would then allow for the Fleet Leadership page to focus on the basic and general information. I will continue to edit this for the next day or two, and I will update the Fleet Leadership page as well. | |||
