+Etienne Law is a Sebiestor engineer and graduate of the Republic Military School.  Devout to the Minmatar Republic, he became a capsuleer on 2nd July 113 YC.  He currently resides in the Metropolis region of New Eden.  He has been a member of EVE University from an early age, lending his abilities, most noticably, to the universities 'Low-Sec Camp' amongst other projects.  An officer of the 'new' Ivy League Navy, he currently holds the rank of Lt. Commander and is responsible for managing the operational records of Battlegroup 3: "Honeybadgers".
