The purpose of this lottery is to give newer players a chance at acquiring T2 items while they gradually skill up and make enough ISK to get into bigger and better mining ships.

As of the 1st of August (2012) I am going to be running a competition for the people who fc the most fleets, reward tiers will be as follows:

First place: 50 million

Second place: 30 million

Third place: 20 million

Rules are as follows:

- It must be an amc fleet.

- It must have been submitted to the archive thread (read wiki under buyback for more information).

- Post in said thread must be sent before 11:59 pm on the 1st of the following month.

- Must be a shared can.

- The fleet must have spent more than 20 hours mining (thats total time, e.g. 2 people mine for 2 hours, total time is 4 hours).

- Must be euni alt/alumini/student/wardropped/etc.

- Current amc staff and myself (Ayar Achasse) cannot win.

- I reserve the right to make new rules on the fly, rescind old rules at a moments notice, dissolve the competition and disqualify for any reason I feel calls for it.

I will determine the winner by the amount of fleets that meet the criteria that they fc, if there is a tie I will look at the total weight time of the fc across all their fleets.

Remember, you do not have to be a vet fc to win this, you can have a fleet getting 1m/h and you are still in the running.
